Package 1 – Unlimited Group Personal Training & Group Fitness.

For new or inactive clients

• Weekly Unlimited Group Fitness Sessions focusing on all areas of fitness
• Weekly weigh-ins and measurements
• Customised eating plan
• Before and after pictures
• Goal setting materials, ongoing support and guidance
• Weekly goal setting, workshop, group catch-up to keep you on track

Package 2 – Current Active Client Upgrade. For existing clients who hold a current Group Fitness Membership or Personal Training Package throughout the duration of the Challenge

• Weekly Unlimited Group Personal Training & Group Fitness Sessions focusing on all areas of fitness
• Weekly weigh-ins and measurements
• Customised eating plan
• Before and after pictures
• Goal setting materials, ongoing support and guidance
• Weekly group goal setting & workshops to keep you on track
