FIT MUMS

Tuesday 10am (45 min sessions)

Set a good example & bond with your children alongside other mums all while getting fit!

Training includes a series of different forms of exercise including Pilates, Strength Training, HITT, Boxing and Cardio.

Children from 6 weeks upwards are welcome. We provide a large enclosed play area for children of all ages. Our play area is also available at all opening hours!
