Kids Boxing/Fitness Classes

5 – 12 years

30 min sessions

Nurture your kids natural instinct to be active in a enjoyable environment. Our classes are designed to encourage fitness & teach basic fitness skills incorporating boxing & functional movements such as squats, lunges, sit-ups & push-ups in a fun way. No matter your child’s current fitness level,s they will be made to feel comfortable as we help to teach them new skills to increase their overall fitness.

We also provide a large play area for younger children. Our play area is available at all opening hours!

Classes run as follows:
• Tuesday 4:00pm

Classes include:
• Boxing using gloves & bags
• Fun Fitness Drills
• Body Weight Movements
• Functional Fitness Skills for Life
• Encouragement & Self Confidence Building
• Fitness for Children no matter their level of Fitness or Skill Level

Fitness For Teens

13 – 18 years

45 min sessions

Increase fitness, build strength & gain confidence by attending our Fitness classes designed specifically for teens. Whether you’re currently active, inactive or actively involved in sport, these classes will be personalized to your specific needs & fitness level.

We are very passionate about encouraging our youth of today to live an active & healthy lifestyle not only for their physical well-being but also their mental health.
Exercise has been known to increase confidence & reduce mental health symptoms including depression & anxiety. We believe everyone should have access to affordable, structured exercise whether sporty or not to set them up with good habits & better overall health for life.
